Vila Vita – Pannonia (Austria): EIA phase well under way

The Environmental Impact Assessment for a golf project in Austria is something really difficult and time consuming, one of the toughest EIA procedures we ever came across and very demanding regarding any environmental aspect.

Saying so, we are very happy to inform, that our golf project for Vila Vita in Eastern Austria close to Lake Neusiedel and the Hungarian border is progressing nicely. The site is located in a unique, highly sensitive landscape and with a lot of environmental restrictions, which did not make it any easier to design an attractive golf course. During the last 26 month of the EIA permitting phase, all major items have been addressed and discussed in full detail, a lot of research carried out and a very interesting project has been achieved.

We look forward very much to having all permits granted after the summer break allowing us to actually implement this unique golf course.
