Description: We planned a multi functional housing concept, on an area of 54 hectare, on the peninsula Samaná.
Next to our 18 hole golf course, housing units will be developed with 10 to 25 villas. The housing area is to be compact in the East and West as around the Clubhouse while individual villas will overlook the golf fairways.
The centre is characterized by apartments and small shops which follow the natural shape of the landscape.
