The development was part of an upmarkted resort in Quba area in the northern part of Azerbaijan, a traditional recreation and holiday area for the local market.
The resort was to be developed around a large hotel in the five-star category and focused on recreation, eco activities and sport facilities, such as spa and wellness, a healthy environment, a highly attractive landscape and several sport facilities, such as water sports, equestrian activities, skiing and golf.
